Brighton Construction Schedule for April 6-17

Below is the anticipated schedule of work from April 6 to 17, 2026.

 

Brighton High School

Technology Suite:

  • Shop equipment connections and adjustments
  • Electrical finishes

Door 20 Addition:

  • Electrical work
  • Hallways and pool area:
  • Drinking Fountain replacements

Music Suite:

  • Electrical rough-in
  • Mechanical rough-in – piping and ductwork
  • Framing and drywall
  • Panel work

Athletic Fields and New Entry Lane:

  • Construction is paused, will continue work once soil management plan is set in place

Boiler Room/MDP:

  • Mechanical and plumbing rough-in
  • Hot water boiler connections
  • Electrical conduit rough-in and panel work
  • Plumbing sump pump piping

 

Twelve Corners Middle School

STEAM Suite:

  • Painting
  • Electrical work

Stairwells:

  • Painting
  • Ceiling work

Elevator:

  • Electrical card reader programming
  • Electrical panel work and testing

 

French Road Elementary School

Exterior Canopy:

  • Roofing drainage work dependent on weather

Main Lobby/Secure Vestibule:

  • Metal coiling door electrical connections
  • Door hardware
  • Painting touch-ups

Freezer/Cooler Addition:

  • Excavation
  • Foundation work – pile driving
  • Stoned laydown area
  • Electrical disconnections
  • Plumbing drain line work

 

Council Rock Primary School

Crawlspace:

  • Plumbing lines

 

Please note that our schedules are always subject to change based on many factors and opportunities including manpower, material availability, and weather.

 

Brighton Central School District construction projects will follow the local Town of Brighton Construction Noise Ordinance Hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please anticipate that there may be varying loud noise between those hours to allow for construction to advance.

 

A construction schedule for 2025-26 lists projects for several schools, including Brighton and Twelve Corners.
