Brighton Construction Schedule for the week of
December 15 to 19, 2025

Below is the anticipated schedule of work from December 15-19^, 2025.

Brighton High School

Technology Suite:

• Flooring installation
• Lighting installation
• Mechanical ductwork installation
• Shelving installation
• Tech Hallway Ceiling Grid and Lights

Door 20 Addition:

• Subject to material arriving onsite, the countertop and intercoms for the security office will be installed

Athletic Fields and New Entry Lane:

• Temporary safety fencing installation
• Shed demolition pending utility disconnection timelines
• Subject to material arrival, there will be placement and installation of stone for drop-off loop and temporary laydown area which is next to the Building and Grounds Lot
• Weather dependent demolition of dugouts, backstop fencing, and scoreboard
• Weather dependent placement and electrical connections of construction trailers and storage boxes in the Buildings and Grounds lot

Boiler Room:

• Temporary safety fencing installation outside of the boiler room
• Mechanical piping disconnections

Twelve Corners Middle School

STEAM Suite:

• Ceiling and wall painting
• Millwork installation
• Flooring installation
• Mechanical piping
• Electrical wire pulling

Elevator

• Electrical card reader installation

French Road Elementary School

Exterior Canopy:

• Weather dependent, installation of canopy drainage
