Our registration for Summer Arts will be live as of Monday, February 23rd at noon!!!!

Please read the Brighton Summer Arts’ strict no-refund policy, implemented as of March 2023.

Brighton Summer Arts, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on camp tuition.

No refunds are offered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are unable to attend a camp you registered for, you may:

  • Gift the spot to a friend or family member. To do so, you must contact the Brighton Summer Arts Camp office in advance of any transfer, to request that our office update the student name(s) and contact information.
  • If the program roster is full, with a waiting list, Brighton Summer Arts may offer to contact someone from the waiting list to fill your spot. If the spot is filled, a credit on file will be honored for the student requesting a credit to participate in a future program or camp. The spot must be filled for the current year, before a credit would be honored.
  • Please note: Transfers through the options above will incur a $50 fee, and multiple transfers will incur an additional $50 fee for each transaction.

Note: Once the program has started or once the show has been cast, these options are no longer available. We will not honor transfers (or credits) after a program has begun.

 

Families who complete a purchase via this RevTrak Summer Arts Registration link may not request retroactive financial aid to be applied to any prior purchases or registrations.

Our Summer Arts team prioritizes working with our district and community's families to ensure equitable access for ALL children we are committed to serve.

To apply for financial aid or faculty/staff tuition assistance, please complete the following form PRIOR to registering online for the course. Again, ALL families applying for financial aid will need to complete this form prior to registering and paying a 50% deposit for camp on Revtrak. Once you have paid the deposit and/or remaining fees for camp, the program WILL NOT be able to refund you:
