Council Rock Primary School students have had a blast exploring lifetime fitness activities through martial arts and dance in physical education class. Senseis from Martial Arts America came to teach students basic karate blocks and routines to help build focus and coordination. Students also performed fun dance routines that allowed them to express their creativity and rhythm.
